Usability voyages-sncf.com

Here’s a feedback message I sent after a painful experience buying train tickets on voyages-sncf.com.

The site voyages-sncf.com is making you lose money.

To order a couple of train tickets, I had to tweak my browser to act like Internet Explorer on Windows, then switch to another browser that worked with the flawed scripts. It was a painful experience, due to beginner mistakes on your pages.

It’s easy to design or fix a site so it works in all browser. To fix the reservation part of your site takes about one hour, with extra testing included. The code is not complicated and it DOES work on most browsers, but the idiot who designed your site tried to avoid that. Fire him/her, it makes you look bad and loose money.

Consider doing the same every time you stumble upon a site that wastes your time and patience.
