My Nintendo DS suddenly lost its voice.

I was trying to kill a boss in MPH, for the hundredth time, when the sound just disappeared. Vanished. It poofed, only without the poof sound.

It didn’t help resetting the DS, removing or switching cartridges, using the headphones or asking the guy at the games store for a solution. The only available fix: sending it for repair at Nintendo’s. It’ll only take 3 to 4 weeks.
