Skype says:
What is the PENDING order status?
The PENDING status means that your order is currently being processed.
- If it becomes AUTHORISED, everything is OK and you can start using SkypeOut.
- If it becomes CANCELLED, see above about why it was cancelled.
If you paid with credit card, the status will change to AUTHORISED or CANCELLED within 15 minutes.
The 15 minutes part is a lie. It’s been an hour since I’ve placed my order and it’s still pending. Of course, they also say “Skype is not a replacement for your ordinary telephone and can’t be used for emergency calling.” That is so true.

It was never less than 30 minutes for me. Usually 30 minutes if payed with PayPal.

Skype sunt singurii de pe netul asta ce nu mi-au acceptat cardul de credit VISA asa ca nu fi mirat daca nu iti vor procesa cererea :)

The order was confirmed sometime in the early hours of 2007, hours after it was placed.

I had to wait one week for my credit card to be accepted by Yahoo, so you are lucky :)
